  65. The secret to learning CW is "conditioned response", just like Pavlov's
  66. dogs.  The mistake being made here is that you are remembering previous
  67. letters, and letting yourself go to sleep.  If you continue to remember
  68. previous letters received, you'll make all sorts of mistakes.  If you
  69. hear "thes", think "these", and the word is really "thesis", you'll miss
  70. it for sure.

  72. What you should be doing is training your hand to write "E" whenever you
  73. hear "dit", without your brain getting in the way.  There should be no
  74. memory of previous letters being received.  Yes, it's tougher than it
  75. sounds.

  77. Only after you've learned all the letters does the objective change to
  78. reducing the time between the sound and writing the character.
